it was a heart-breaking scene.
Seriously..I’ve been the victim of psychological and physical abuse. It sort of angers me that people felt Tommy was in the wrong here. Brendan treated Paddy no better, and it seemed had some kind of order against Paddy being allowed around his children. You can attempt to make amends, but the damages of abuse last a lifetime.
Im not just saying this because of my story, I defended Tommy from the moment I saw the premiere a week early
I don’t think it was really out of line, I think it did help you feel for both Tommy and Paddy though. Most people can relate to being the person who has wronged, and the person who has wrong done to them so we can see Tommy and Brendan holding grudges and understand, and see that Paddy has changed and wants forgiveness and understand.

Ubisoft doesn’t usually lie either. At the end of Prince of Persia :Two Thrones they said “See you soon,” I told my dad that it meant they would make another Prince of Persia game and they did (not only the Freddy Krueger PoP, but the Forgotten Sands) as well. Since they had that ~achivement~ with 16 and that whole “I’m not dead” or whatever thing I don’t think they’d go back on that.
